Relaxed Hampton Court House wedding: Graham and Suzanne
I absolutely loved photographing Suzanne and Graham’s wedding back in July at Hampton Court House.
Suzanne and I went to school together, many moons ago but have kept in touch through the power of Facebook. I was honoured when she asked me to shoot their wedding.
Their engagement shoot on the Southbank was such fun and I just knew the wedding would be more of the same.
Graham and Suzanne met in 2004 at a party during the London Dive Show hosted by their mutual friend, Rebecca. They spent most of the evening laughing and really haven’t stopped since. Rebecca, their matchmaker that night, was not able to be at the wedding, but still managed to be part of their big day by recording their third reading ‘Bring Me Sunshine’.
Their wedding day couldn’t have been anything but relaxed. They made sure their friends and family enjoyed the venue with drinks and canapes before the breakfast and lawn games and a photo booth for after.
I asked them both for their favourite wedding moment. ‘For me as someone who hates being the centre of attention there was something just magical about the doors opening to reveal our closest friends and family looking so happy and then Graham at the end of the room looking so handsome and emotional! I couldn’t stop beaming all day,’ said Suzanne.
Graham, meanwhile was still thinking about the amazing coronation chicken sandwiches that made up their afternoon tea wedding breakfast!
The whole day was amazing and I wish Suz and Graham many happy years together. Now to the photos!
