Ecology Pavilion Post Wedding Session: Rav & Ian

Rav & Ian didn’t have an official photographer for their wedding last year as wanted a relaxed day without posing and taking time away from their friends and family, but after their day and looking at the photos taken by guests, they realised they didn’t have any good photos of themselves together so contacted me to arrange a couple shoot at their wedding venue wearing their wedding outfits.

We started at the Ecology Pavilion in Mile End Park which is where they had gotten married, before walking around the park and along the canal. As there were no pressure or time constraints, both Ian and Rav were relaxed and enjoying the time in front of the camera together.

They wanted to also visit Holland Park so after a quick-ish ride across London, we visited the Japanese Gardens and the peacocks for some more portraits.

Post wedding sessions are great as they are more relaxed, there are no time worries as you don’t have a schedule to follow. If you’re getting married abroad or some spectacular destination, a post wedding session is a fantastic way to take advantage of your location and get some great photos that will look great on your wall at home.

I really enjoyed spending time with Rav and Ian in two great locations for their post wedding session. I love being in green spaces and think London is blessed, for such a bustling city to have some many good places.
