South Bank Engagement Shoot: Hayley & Aaron!

Back in January I exhibited at my first wedding fair, The Alternative Wedding Fair at the Piccadilly Institute. During the fair, I ran a competition, along with my co-exhibitor Postscript Events, for one lucky couple to win an engagement shoot by me and on the day wedding coordination by Postscript Events.

Hayley and Aaron were the lucky winners picked at random by my boyfriend after the fair and last weekend we met for their engagement shoot. In one of the wettest months in a while, the sun was good enough to make an appearance and stay out while we were shooting.

Hayley and I have been in contact over the past few months and it felt like I was catching up with an old friend when I met her and Aaron at Waterloo station. While we walked over to South Bank, the main back drop for their shoot, it was great to listen to them talk about how they met as well as their wedding plans. They love to make each other laugh and are just so in love and it shows in their photos. They were so relaxed and up for anything and didn't object when I asked them to try and make bubbles after an impromptu five minute demonstration!

I really enjoyed spending time with Hayley and Aaron as well as photographing them. When a couple is this cute and so much fun, how can I not like my job?!

Aaron, I resisted doing some Photoshop magic on you, but I still think you would look great in an Arsenal top any day! ;o)

Wishing you both the best of luck for your lives together and your wedding which I think is just going to rock!
